Outreach Services Available
We provide advice sessions at the following outreach locations:

The Primrose Unit in Bedford on a Friday morning (9am-1pm Booked appts)

Bedford Day care Hospice on a Tuesday Morning (9am-1pm booked appts)

The L&D Hospital on Tuesday Afternoons (1pm-4pm booked appts)

Toddington Medical Centre Monday Mornings (9am-1pm booked appts)

Houghton Lodge Ampthill (council Offices) Wednesday 9am-1pm booked appts)

We also provide some home visits.

Our service provides free, independent, impartial benefits advice, assistance with claims and representation to appeal.

We are a partnership with Central Bedfordshire council and Bedford Borough Council and Macmillan and are celebrating 10 years of delivering a trusted service to local people.

We can assist anyone with a cancer diagnosis who is recently diagnosed, in treatment or at end of life.

We assist with all benefits including personal independence payment, employment and support allowance, universal credit, carer’s allowance, housing benefit council tax support, blue badges, injuries benefits, pensions, pension credit.

We also advise on and assist with grant applications.
