We deal with the following other services
Our organisation also provides advice/information on adaptations to home, disability issues, energy efficiency, general family services, tax issues, care services, education issues, equality/human rights, general financial issues and health issues.
Community Investment: Our Community Investment services are aimed at supporting our tenants and the wider community into work or better paid work through advice, information and guidance to improve employability, confidence and skills. We have a specialist worker who works with young people which includes apprenticeship schemes. We also enable our tenants to engage with the governance of the association.

Debt Advice: Our FCA licensed Money Advice service can advise you on your options to deal with your debt and support you through those options, whether that’s negotiating affordable repayments, applying for write-offs or entering into personal insolvency.

Tenancy Support: Our Tenancy Support service is aimed it keeping our tenants in their homes and managing their tenancies through a variety of means, whether that’s applying for grants, support to access statutory services, help to apply to move, managing anti-social behaviour and more.

Welfare Benefits: Our Welfare Benefits Advisors can advise you of your entitlements to benefit, help you make applications, manage your claims and challenge decisions, including representation to First-Tier Tribunal.

We have a Consumer Credit Act Licence to give debt advice.
